Day 16--kinda

Things have been pretty busy since Konner came home. Everyone is doing well, but I forgot what having a baby in the house is really like. I decided that instead of just posting a week's worth of entries here, I'll get to them as I can find availability. Maybe I can stretch this out and get 2 months of blogging under me. Also, I'm really enjoying John's entries in this challenge.

Day Sixteen: A Song You Used To Love, But Now Hate.
I don't know of a lot of these. Yes, there are some unfortunate missteps along the way in my musical maturation, but I'm not sure hate is a great word for these. Even so, this song was on the first cassette tape I ever bought myself with money from a job I had worked. As the years went on though, I find myself more disappointed with the song than anything else. Tom Petty is pretty darn good, and years later, this feels more like a mediocre space filler using the fact that stoners will buy any song advocating pot smoking. For God's sake Tom, you did 'American Girl!'
